   • Working in the field as a Shinkansen driver, etc.
   • Experienced three departments in the field of human resources: field personnel, head office personnel and personnel at a group company hospital.
   • As a result, I was involved in all aspects of HR practice.
2. At a Japanese consulting company (MURC)
   • Experienced consultant in the field of organizational human resources.
3. At a global consulting firm (Deloitte)
   • Continued to work as a HR consultant.
   • Involved not only in diverse project experience, but also in the conception, planning and implementation of the CHRO program and research into wellbeing work styles.
   • Also won awards for excellence in new business competitions.
